At Paisie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point or courier location.

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
